Lisa Jepson

Based West of Amberley in North Canterbury, Lisa lives in a converted barn with some of her grown family and two dogs, in lovely and peaceful surroundings.

Lisa chooses to use acrylics and oils, pencil and charcoal. She loves to work with a vibrant and bold application, pieces that pop and she hopes her work may create a feeling of nostalgia for her viewers to enjoy.

She is inspired by the beautiful and characteristic New Zealand buildings and landscapes and man made objects.
She is motivated to paint mostly iconic kiwi scenes, landscapes and seascapes and is keen to try her hand and anything new.

She is influenced by the soul.
Creating from within encourages her to work long and enjoyable hours, producing works that are only to the best of her passionate ability and finest quality.
